The following information is dedicated to the natural persons being contracting parties for Standard Sp. z o.o., located in Lublin, or representing body corporates (corporations) which are contracting parties, or are listed in the contracts or were pointed out during the cooperation as proper for contact with Standard Sp. z o.o.
We kindly inform that on 25th of May 2018 the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, hereinafter called GDPR, which regulates the processing of your personal data by Standard sp. z o.o takes place in the whole European Union countries. Therefore, by our concern for privacy and data protection, we send you detailed infomration regarding the way of your personal data processing. Pursuant to the article 13 of GDPR, we inform you that:
Standard Sp. z o.o. located at K. Olszewskiego 10 Street, 20-481 Lublin e-mail: chemia@standard.pl, tel. 81/7100500 is your personal data administrator. The processing of your personal data is made in aspect of implementation of contracts, especially implementation of the sales contracts and tax settlements.
The processing of personal data is carried out according to Article 6 paragraph 1 b) and lit. c) of GDPR, i.e. it is necessary to perform the above mentioned contractual and statutory obligations binding on us as the administrator.
It is your statutory liability to provide the personal data, i. e. that you are obliged to provide those data i. a. according to the tax regulations (e. g. data metnioned on invoices), in other aspects giving those data is necessary condition to conclude and continue contracts. Refusal of providing the personal data would result in the inability of concluding contracts and continuing the cooperation.
Standard Sp. z o.o. will process your personal data during the contract validity time as well as during the time periods regulated by Accounting Act (5 years after the year when cooperation ended, unless the necessity of longer prcessing occurs, according to different events or applicable rules). We inform you that access to your personal data can be given to further processing entities (acting on our behalf), such as courier and transport companies. We will not give your personal data to any third country (outside of EU) or international organization.
We inform you that according to the conditions regulated in article 15-21 of GDPR you have a right to access your data, to receive the copy of your data, to make a correcton on your data, to request the data removal, to request a limitation of data processing, to rise an objection and also a right to rise a claim to the supervisory authority - President of Personal Data Protection Office.
